1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SonderHive Infotech platform, services, or workshops, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all visitors, students, educators, and others who access or use the Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

Our platform is designed for educational growth. By proceeding, you acknowledge that you understand the "Rooted Innovation" philosophy—that technology must be grounded in ethics and sustainable practices.

2. User Responsibilities

As a user of SonderHive Infotech, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age or have parental consent to interact with our AI workshop modules. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• Restricting access to your computer or mobile device to prevent unauthorized usage.
• Ensuring that all activities performed under your account comply with local and international laws.
• Utilizing AI tools provided within the workshops for educational, non-malicious purposes only.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to the AI neural network illustrations, the "Tree" motif branding, lesson plans, and proprietary software) are and will remain the exclusive property of SonderHive Infotech and its licensors.

Our intellectual property is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of SonderHive Infotech. Student projects created during workshops remain the intellectual property of the student, though SonderHive reserves the right to showcase such work for educational promotion.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SonderHive Infotech, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

SonderHive Infotech provides educational resources "as is" and makes no warranties regarding the absolute accuracy of AI-generated outputs, which are intended for learning purposes and should be critically evaluated by users.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SonderHive Infotech is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
